IBPS RRB PO Analysis, Cutoff & Results 2013

IBPS conducted the Common Written Examination for the recruitment of Group A Officers (Scale 1, 2 & 3) in Regional Rural banks in October, 2013. The exam was conducted online through out the country.

IBPS RRB Group A Officers Exam Analysis 2013:

There were total 200 questions divided into five sections of 40 questions each. Reasoning and Maths were of 50 marks each. Computer was of 20 marks. English and GK of 40 marks each.

The exam was quite easy overall but little time consuming in sections such as Maths and Reasoning. The pattern and questions were similar to all the IBPS exams conducted before.

General Awareness section was focused on current affairs, Banking and Financial awareness.

IBPS RRB Group A Officers Cutoff & Results 2013:

As the number of vacancies in RRB is less, the cutoff is expected to be high – more than 130(For General candidates) in various states. In some states, it may be on the lower side also.

Grade A & B Posts in NABARD 2013(Assistant Manager & Manager)

National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) invites online Applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of 67 Grade A & B Posts in NABARD 2013.

The following posts are in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS), and rest in NABARD at its Head Office/ Regional Units.

1) Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ Officer (RDBS): 37 posts, Experience is required.

2) Manager Grade ‘B’ Officer (RDBS): 30 posts, Experience is required.

Selection Process: The selection is based on Online written test to be conducted on November 11, 2013 and interview for the shortlisted candidates.

Bharatiya Mahila Bank PO Recruitment 2013 (115 Posts)

Bharatiya Mahila Bank – India’s first women’s bank invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 115 posts of PO(Probationary Officers) in 2013.
The new bank is headquartered at Delhi and it will start its operations from November 1, 2013 with six Branches.

The applications are invites from the eligible candidates who have qualified in the Common Written Examination(CWE) for the POs / MTs conducted by IBPS in the year 2012 (IBPS CWE PO II) and have not allotted any post in any of the public sector banks.

Post : Probationary Officers (POs) in JMG Scale I

Number of Posts: 115 Posts

Age: 20 years – 30 years

Pay Scale: Rs. 14,500 – Rs. 25,700

Download Admit Card/Hall Ticket for IBPS PO/MT 3, 2013

IBPS finally announced the notification of Probationary Officers/Management Trainee 3, 2013. The online objective written exam for IBPS PO/MT 3 would be conducted in the month of October, 2013. The change in the examination pattern is that there would be no subjective test this time. Also, the minimum criteria for the candidates is Graduation in any discipline with 60% marks.

IBPS CWE PO/MT 3 Notification 2013 (Paper Pattern, Syllabus & How To Apply)

IBPS invites applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of PO/MT(Probationary Officer/Management Trainee) posts in 21 public sector banks. The Common Written Examination(CWE) for selection of PO and MT in the participating banks will be tentatively held in October 2013.

Dates of Online Registration: July 22, 2013 – August 12, 2013
Payment of Fees Online: July 22, 2013 – August 12, 2013
Payment of Fees Offline: July 22, 2013 – August 17, 2013

Minimum Eligibility(As on 01.07.2013:

3) Working Knowledge of computer is mandatory i.e. candidates should have certificate/diploma in computer or studied computer in school/college. ( Updated: Computer Literacy is not mandatory)

Paper Patter & Syllabus:

Written Examination:

Reasoning – 50 marks
Quantitative Aptitude – 50 marks
English – 40 marks
General Awareness(with special reference to banking) – 40 marks
Computer – 20 marks

Total = 200 Marks
Time = 2 Hours

There is a sectional cutoff and negative marking of 0.25 marks.

Application Fees:

Rs. 100(ST/SC/PWD)
Rs. 600(For Others)

Selection Process:

Online objective Written Examination of 200 marks followed by a personal interview of 100 marks. The minimum cutoff marks for interview is 40. The weight age for final selection is 80:20 for written test and interview.
