Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is conducting the online written exam for the recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer (Generalist). Check out LIC AAO notification here.

LIC AAO 2015 Paper Pattern is as follows:

1) Reasoning Ability Test: 30 Questions, 90 Marks
2) Quantitative Aptitude Test: 30 Questions, 90 Marks
3) General Knowledge, Current Affairs Test: 30 Questions, 60 Marks
4) Computer Knowledge Test: 30 Questions, 60 Marks
5) English Language Test with Special emphasis on Grammar, Vocabulary and Comprehension: 40 Questions (Qualifying Section only, Marks will not be counted for selection)

SIDBI(Small Industries Development Bank of India) is also conducting the online written exam for the post of officers in Grade ‘A’- General Stream. Check out SIDBI notification here.

SIDBI Assistant Manager 2015 Paper Pattern is as follows:

1) Computer Knowledge Objective: 20 Questions, 20 Marks

2) English Language Objective: 40 Questions, 40 Marks

3) General Awareness (With special reference to Banking Industry) Objective: 40 Questions, 40 Marks
4) Reasoning Aptitude Objective: 50 Questions, 50 Marks
5) Quantitative Aptitude Objective: 50 Questions, 50 Marks
TOTAL 200 Questions, 200 Marks

Online descriptive test :
Candidates will be required to answer by typing on computer
6) English language and drafting ability test comprising of one Essay Writing (35 Marks ) and one Business Letter Writing (15 Marks): Time 45 Minutes.

As both the exams will be conducted by IBPS on behalf of LIC and SIDBI, the questions will be somewhat similar.
