West Bengal Police Department invites application from the women eligible candidates for the recruitment of Lady Constable in West Bengal Police. It is a great opportunity for all the females if you are interested in a career in Police department.

West Bengal(WB) Police Lady Constable Recruitment 2013:

Total No. of Vacancies = 2,940
Pay Scale- Rs. 5,400 to 25,200/- (Grade Pay of Rs. 2,600/-)

Eligibility Criteria:
a) Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
b) Age must be between 18-27 years.
c) Minimum qualification is Matric exam from any recognized board of State or Central government.
d) Minimum height of candidates must be at least 160 cm. (except reservation such as Scheduled, Gorkhas, Rajbansis and Garwalies)

Selection Process in Lady Constable Recruitment:

All the Eligible Candidates will be called by WB Police Department for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT). Candidates who will qualify the physical tests, then will be called for the written exam which would consists of GK, Mathematics, etc.
