भारत को झटका देते हुए इटली की एक अदालत ने 3600 करोड़ रूपये के वीवीआईपी हेलिकाप्टर सौदे के रद्द होने के बाद कंपनी पर लगाए गए जुर्माने के तौर पर, भारत को अगस्तावेस्टलैंड की 2360 करोड़ रूपये से अधिक की बैंक गारंटी को भुनाने से रोक दिया है।
