SSC invites applications from the eligible candidates for the Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) Recruitment 2014 to fill up 1267 vacancies. The posts in this recruitment includes Group-D posts such as Peon, Daftary, Farash, Mali, Jamadar, Junior Gestetner Operator,Chowkidhar, etc.

Job Act: Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) (Non-Technical)

Type of Government: Central Government Job

Minimum Educational Qualification: 10th or Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized university

Age Limit: 18 – 25 years as on 1st January, 2014

Pay Scale: Rs.5200- Rs20200 + Grade Pay of Rs.1800

Total Number of Vacancies: 1267

Selection Procedure: Written Examination followed by Interview. SSC MTS 2014 written exam will be held in two phases, Paper-I which would include Objective Type Questions and Paper II with Descriptive questions, candidates should clear both the papers to be eligible for Interview.

Application Fee: No fee for SC/ST/PwD candidates and Rs. 100 for All other candidates.

How to Apply Online: Candidates need to take the print out of the E-Challan or slip available in the official website, which is payable through any SBI or Debit/Credit Card. Apply online at http://ssconline.nic.in/ and http://ssconline2.gov.in/

How To Apply Offline: Candidates can pay through Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) available at Department Post Offices of the country. CRFS must be attached on the application on the space provided and send it to the official address.
