IBPS PO/MT V Notification 2015, Paper Pattern, Apply Online, Books, etc.
IBPS has released the notification for the posts of Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee in the Participating government banks. The online exam is tentatively scheduled in October 2015. There is new addition this time in the participating banks – EXIM bank.

Declaration of Preliminary Exam Result : October 2015
Online Exam – Mains: 31.10.2015
Declaration of result : November 2015
Conduct of Interview : January 2016
Provisional Allotment : April 2016
This time IBPS has introduced same idea of Preliminary exam and Mains exam, just like SBI PO 2015.
Selection Process:
Preliminary exam followed by Main exam followed by Interview.
The sections and questions in the preliminary exam are:
Reasoning : 35 Questions for 35 Marks
Quantitative Aptitude : 35 Questions for 35 Marks
English : 30 Questions for 30 Marks
We have recently seen in SBI PO 2015 Preliminary exam that the sections were either easy to moderate and candidates have attempted sufficient number of questions. So, IBPS PO 2015 exam will also follow the same pattern.

Mains Exam – Paper Pattern:
1) Reasoning 50 questions, 50 marks
2) English Language – 40 questions, 40 marks
3) Quantitative Aptitude 50 questions, 50 marks
4) General Awareness (with special reference to Banking Industry) -40 questions, 40 marks
5) Computer Knowledge 20 questions, 20 marks
Total 200 questions, 200 marks
Educational Qualifications (As on 01.08.2015):
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Age (As on 01.07.2015):
Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 30 years.
