AFCAT 2013 Answer Key, Cutoff & Results 25 August 2013

Indian Air Force conducted the AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) for the recruitment of candidates as officers in Indian Air Force. AFCAT is conducted two times in a year.
Recently, AFCAT 2013 written exam was conducted on August 25, 2013 around various centers in India.

AFCAT 2013 Answer Key:

The objective written exam which was conducted on August 25, 2013 had four sets. The answer keys of all the sets would be available in few days on the official career website of Indian Air Force.

UPSC CDS II Final Result 2012 & Marks of Candidates

UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) has declared the result of CDS 2 2012. A complete list of candidates who have qualified and selected for CDS (Combined Defence Services) have been released by UPSC. All these candidates will get admissions into 135th Course of Indian Military Academy, Deharadun; Naval Academy Ezhimala; and Air Force Academy, Hyderabad.

All these candidates are selected on the basis of the written exam conducted in September 2012 followed by personal interview which was conducted by Services Selection Board of Ministry of Defence.

Territorial Army Officers Recruitment 2013 Notification, Paper Pattern & How To Apply

Indian Army invites applications from the eligible male employed candidates to join territorial army as Officers. In Territorial army, you can join as officers(Lieutenant) without leaving your primary profession. That means candidates would be to serve the nation both as a civilian & as an Territorial Army.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation from any recognized University in any stream.
Age Criteria: 18 to 42 years as on 30/06/2013
Candidates’ Primary Profession: Any male candidates employed in Central Government/ Semi Government/ Private Firm/ Own business or Self-employed can apply for these vacancies.

Embodiment for Training:

– One month basic training in the first year of commission.
– Two months annual training every year including the first year.
– Three months post commissioning training within first three years at IMA Dehradun.

UPSC CDS 2 2013 Notification, Paper Patter & Syllabus

UPSC CDS invites applications from the eligible aspirants of Indian army to join the armed forces. A Combined Defence Services Examination will be conducted by Union Public Service Commission on September 8, 2013. Find all the details such as admit card, notification, paper pattern, age limit, application form, application status, answer key, result and other details as below:

Total Number of Vacancies:

IMA, Dehradun – 250 vacancies

Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala – 40 vacancies

Air Force Academy, Hyderabad – 32 vacancies

Officers Training Academy, 100th SSC Course – 175 vacancies

Officers Training Academy, 14th SSC Course – 12 vacancies

Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Dec 2013 Officer Entry

Indian Navy invites applications from the eligible unmarried male candidates for the recruitment in the Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala. You can now become the permanent commissioned officer in 10+2(Technical) B.Tech Cadet via Entry scheme coursed starting in December 2013.

Important Dates:

Last date to apply online: June 20, 2013

Age Criteria: 17-19 & Half years(Students born between July 2, 1994 and January 1, 1997.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

Senior Secondary Examination (Class 10+2) or its equivalent from recognized Board with more than 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) and at least 50% marks in English subject in any of the classes – class X or class XII.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Height and Weight : Male Height – Minimum 157 cms, with correlated weight. Eye Sight – The minimum acceptable standard for distant vision 6/12, 6/12 correctable to 6/6 with glasses. No color or night blindness.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 with grade pay Rs.5400 plus MSP Rs.6000/-

UPSC NDA & NA Result 2013 (April 14)

UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) conducted the National Defence Academy(NDA) and NA Exam for the selection of students in Indian Armed Forces such as the Army, Air Force and Navy on April 14, 2013. The written exam was conducted successfully all over India. Lacs of students from over India took the exam. This exam is conducted twice every year in the month of April and August.

The students who have passed or appearing for Class 12th Board exam with Mathematics are eligible to give this examination. The eligible age for this exam is between 16.5-19 years.

The candidates who will qualify the written examination will be called for SSB(which is the most important part of selection). Candidates who will qualify the SSB will be selected in different forces in the Indian Armed forces. The application fees for General candidates was only Rs. 50.

As the exam was conducted on April 14, 2013 – it will take some time before the result is announced. Candidates from over India are eagerly waiting for their result to be announced.
