CBSE invites applications for the UGC National Eligibility Test Dec, 2014 For Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor or Both.

Important Dates:
i) Last date for Applying Online & generation of filled Bank Challan for Fee: 15-Nov-2014
ii) Last date of submission of Fee through online 18.11.2014
iii) Last date of taking printout of Application Form,
Attendance Slip and Admit Card from
website (www.cbsenet.nic.in):19.11.2014
iv) Last date for receiving the printout of online Application
Form (one copy) and Attendance Slip (one copy) at the
respective Coordinating Institution opted by the candidate
(with fee receipt & category certificate(s):25.11.2014

Paper Pattern:

The NET Exam will consist of 3 papers and all the papers will be conducted on the same date. All questions are of objective nature. There is no negative marking.

Paper I: 100 Marks(50 Questions). There will be total of 60 questions out of which 50 question to be attempted. Remember first 50 questions attempted will be checked, so attempt only 50. In this section, questions would be of General Aptitude nature such as Reasoning, Maths, English, GK, Teaching Aptitude, etc.
Timing: 1¼ Hours (09.30 A.M. to 10.45 A.M.)

Paper II: 100 Marks(50 Questions). All questions all are compulsory. Questions related to your subject.
Timing: 1¼ Hours (10.45 A.M. to 12.00 NOON)

Paper III: 150 Marks(75 Questions). All questions all are compulsory. Questions related to your subject.
Timing: 2½ Hours (01.30 P.M. to 4.00 P.M.)
