Pay scale: Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.14,500/- per month in the scale of Rs. 14,500 – 600 (7) – 18700 – 700(2) – 20,100 – 800(7)– 25,700 (17 years) and other allowances, like. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Grade Allowance, etc., as admissible from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments for Assistants (including Raj Bhasha Assistant) is approximately Rs.57,784/- and the pay scales are due for revision. There are reasonable prospects for promotion to higher grades.

LIC ADO Recruitment Notification 2015(North, South, East, West Zone)

Life Insurance Corporation (A major government owned insurance sector company), has issued a notification for the recruitment of ADO (Apprentice Development Officers) and there are more than 5000 posts are notified by LIC that also contains the backlog vacancies.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

It is primarily a sales supervision job. The selected candidates will be required to recruit
agents, train them properly, and help the recruited agents to sell life insurance to
maximum number of persons. They will also be required to give prompt after sales
service to policyholders. For this purpose considerable movements including tours
covering the entire area allotted to them are involved.

REMUNERATION:

During the apprentice period, the candidate selected as Apprentice Development Officer
will be paid a fixed amount as stipend per month as per rules of the Corporation. At
present the amount of stipend is about Rs.23836/- per month, except in case of
candidates selected from LIC Employees category.

On appointment as a Probationary Development Officer, basic pay of Rs.11535/- per
month (except for Employee Category candidates) in the scale of 11535-700(2)-12935 –
825(2) -14585 -840(17)-28865 (Under Revision) and other admissible allowances as
per rules shall be payable. Total emoluments will be approximately Rs.26736/-. Other
benefits include Gratuity, Defined Contributory Pension Scheme, LTC, Medical Benefit,
Group Savings Linked Insurance (GSLI), Group Personal Accident Insurance, vehicle
advance (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) as per rules and on confirmation in service, attractive
performance linked Incentives. Please note that wage revision of LIC is under process WEF year 2012. So, this salary will increase.

Age:
The applicant shall have completed 21 years of age (in completed years) and not
more than 30 years of age (in completed years) as on 01.06.2015 i.e candidates
must have been born not earlier than 02.06.1985 and not later than 01.06.1994
(both days inclusive) as on 01.06.2015. Relaxation of age as per government norms.

Qualification: Graduation from any recognized university.

New India Insurance(NIACL) Assistant 2014-2015 Cutoff, Analysis & Result

New India Assurance Co. Ltd.(NIACL) conducted the online written test for the selection of Assistants on January 17 & 18, 2015. The exam was conducted online – objective test and thousands of candidates from over India has appeared in the examination.

New India Assistant 2014-2015 Cutoff and Analysis:

– Quantitative was easy to moderate in difficulty level. Topics include one DI, simplifications, average,partnership, age, etc.
– Reasoning was easy in difficulty level. Topics include seating arrangement, puzzles,coding, decoding, etc. just like IBPS PO, Clerk.
– General awareness was easy to moderate in difficulty level.

New India Assurance Co. Ltd.(NIACL) conducted the online written test for the selection of Administrative Officer on January 11 & 12, 2015. The exam was conducted online – objective test and thousands of candidates from over India has appeared in the examination.

New India AO 2014 Cutoff and Analysis:

– Quantitative was moderate in difficulty level but time consuming and lengthy.Topics include DI, simplifications, average,partnership, age, etc.
– Reasoning was easy to moderate in difficulty level.Topics include seating arrangement, puzzles,coding, decoding, etc. just like IBPS PO, Clerk.
– General awareness was moderate in difficulty level.
– English was easy to moderate in difficulty level. Questions were tricky and passage was lengthy.

Job Bond IN UIIC, GIC, NICL, New India, Oriental:

In case any candidate is still unaware – in all four general insurance companies and GIC – you need to sign a bond for four years, otherwise damages equivalent to 1 year’s salary, will have to be paid.
+ If you resign within probation period i.e. of one year, you will have to pay additional 25,000 rupees as damages. But you can transfer this bond easily without paying any amount if you shift to any other government company.

New India AO 2014-15 Result:

As the written exam was conducted online, the result would be announced very soon. Next, candidates should start preparing for other examinations. The qualified candidates would be called for interview and final selection is based on marks of online test and interview.
