New India Assurance Assistance Recruitment 2014 (1536 Vacancies) – Paper Pattern, Apply Online & How to Prepare

New India Assurance Co. Ltd. invited applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of 1536 Assistants in the company.

Important Dates

Online Registration : 18 Oct – 10 Nov 2014

Date of Online Exam – 17th, 18th and 24th January, 2015 (Tentative dates)

Qualification Required: Graduation in any discipline or Class 12th with 60% marks.

Paper Pattern:

The online exam would be of 250 marks and two hours. It would be divided into five sections of 50 marks each viz. Maths, Reasoning, General Awareness, Computer and English.

Total marks obtained would be proportionately reduced to base of 35 and there would be interview of 15 marks.

SSC CHSL(Combined Higher Secondary Level -10+2) Exam 2013 – Notification, Paper Pattern & Vacancies

SSC invites applications from the eligible candidates for the recruitment of posts of Date Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerks in 2013. SSC will hold commission Combined All India Open Examination for which 12th Standard pass or equivalent is the minimum qualification.

About Posts through SSC CHSL(Combined Higher Secondary Level -10+2) Exam 2013:

1) Date Entry Operator
2) Lower Division Clerks(LDC)

Selection Process:

Objective written test followed by Data Entry Skill Test/Typing test.
Data Entry Skill Test/Typing test are of qualifying nature only.

Important Dates:

Last Date to Apply: August 14, 2013 for Part and August 16, 2013 for Part 2
Date of Written Exam: November 10 and 17, 2013

Application Fees:

Rs. 100. Exempted for women, SC/ST, and PH.

Age Limit:

18-27 years as on August 1, 2013. Relaxation of age is also allowed as per govt. norms.

Educational Qualifications:

12th Standard pass or equivalent is the minimum qualification.

Paper Pattern:

Objective written exam of 200 marks in 2 hours.

1) General Intelligence – 50 marks
2) English – 50 marks
3) Quantitative Aptitude – 50 marks
4) General Awareness – 50 marks

There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks in every wrong question.

Recruitment of 100 Clerks in UGC 2013

UGC invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 100 Lower Division clerks in University Grants Commission.

Important Dates:

Start of Online Registrations: May 28, 2013
Last Date of completing Step 1 of online registrations: June 18, 2013
Last Date of depositing Fees at SBI: June 22, 2013(Banking Hours)
Last Date of completing Step 2 of online registrations: June 26, 2013

Posts and Number of Vacancies:

Lower Division Clerks: 100 posts

Pay Scale

Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900 and other allowances.

Age Limit:

Between 18-25 years as on 01/01/2013

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have passed Matriculation (Class 10th Standard) or higher examination from a recognized Board/ University.

Selection Process:

Written objective type examination followed by a typing test on computer. The written test would comprise of four sections viz. English, Maths, Reasoning and General Awareness. Total marks would be 200 and time would be 2 hours. The difficulty level would be matriculation and there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks.
In skill test, a speed of 30 words per minute is required. The test would be of 10 minutes. It is of qualifying nature only.

Application Fees:

Rs. 300 for General Candidates
Rs. 200 for OBC
No Fees for SC/ST/PWD and Female candidates
