LIC(Life Insurance Corporation of India) invites applications from Indian Citizens for the recruitment of 39 Civil, Electrical and Structural Engineers posts in the following cadres in the Life Insurance Corporation of India.

Total Number of LIC Vacancies:

Assistant Engineer(Civil): 10 posts (Cadre: Assistant Administrative Officer)
Assistant Engineer(Electrical): 20 posts (Cadre: Assistant Administrative Officer)
Assistant Executive Engineer(Structural): 09 posts. (Cadre: Administrative Officer)

Eligibility Conditions for LIC Recruitment of Assistant Engineers & Assistant Executive Engineers 2013:

Age As on 1st December, 2012:

Assistant Engineer(Civil & Electrical): Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 30 years
Assistant Executive Engineer (Structural): Minimum 25 Years and Maximum 35 years

Note: There is also a relaxations in age for reserved categories.

Educational qualifications:
Candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s degree with First Class in Civil/Electrical Engineering(For Assistant Engineer-Civil/Electrical) with relevant two years experience.
Candidate must have completed M.E./M.Tech with First Class in Structures(For Assistant Executive Engineer Structural).

Application Fees:
Candidates are required to draw a Bank Demand Draft for Rs.400/- in favour of ‘Life Insurance Corporation of India’ payable at MUMBAI, and enclosed it with the Application. SC/ST/PH candidates are not required to pay any fee.
